Frequently Asked Questions

How do you calculate your estimates?

We measure your property using satellite imagery before we arrive. This lets us give you an accurate quote without a site visit. Our estimates are typically within 5-10% of the actual cost.

What if the job costs less than the estimate?

You pay the lower amount. If we estimated high, you get a discount. We never charge more than the estimate on your first service.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not usually. As long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned, we can complete most jobs without you present. We'll send before and after photos.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete or siding?

Not when done correctly. We adjust pressure based on the surface — high pressure for concrete, low pressure (soft wash) for siding and painted surfaces. We also keep the nozzle at the right distance to prevent damage.

How often should I have my driveway/house washed?

In Oregon's climate, most properties benefit from annual cleaning. Driveways and sidewalks may need it more often in shaded areas where moss grows quickly.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high water pressure (1500-3000 PSI) for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, and painted wood.
